In all parts of the body, the mind is a person who plays multiple roles. It is part of the process of transforming knowledge and wisdom into useful inventions. In fact, it makes humans superior to animals. Human thinking is a magical tool, it can save memories, protect humans from trauma experiences, and let the imagination walk around freely. When a person experiences a trauma experience, the brain automatically pulls the technique and helps him deal with the trauma.
In the previous article "Defense Mechanism: Psychological Approach to Handle Anxiety", I examined ways to cope with unconscious anxiety by psychology. We have identified several common defense mechanisms that we often use without noticing in order to avoid the guilt of anxiety caused by irrational impulses and super self-moral conscience to these emotions. Accepting a condition that causes anxiety is a technique that we can use to coexist with bad conditions and emotions. For example, due to the Edips complex, they may be unreasonable in their father's behavior, or accepting their new situation after leaving their partner.
There are various categories of coping or defense mechanisms, but they are all variants of the same general idea. It is to deal with stressful / productive approaches and negative / counterfeit approaches. Due to the pressure being recognized, the following mechanisms can not cope with the actual situation that necessarily leads to individual stress. However, if individuals can cope with negative emotions / anxiety experienced due to perceived stress conditions rather than actually fixing specific obstacles to stress, we think as a coping mechanism can do. The following mechanism has been adapted from DSM-IV Adaptive Function Scale, APA, 1994.
