Race was always a topic controversial among Americans. In addition, movies and television programs provide a visual example emphasizing specific social behavior. Specifically, the picket fence describes some concepts discussed in the class about race, horror, and the structure of the apartheid in the United States. Many roles provide insight to conceptualize racial issues through actions and sentences. These two episodes are examples of many terms, but only three concepts have been thoroughly analyzed.
My father, who grew up in the District of Columbia, taught me not to trust the police. When I was young, I could not truly understand why the police seemed to like movies like Mary Poppins or TV shows like "Picket Fences". Even if I could not understand it, I accepted the disgusting feeling of those who wore uniforms. Then, my cool cousin has started to live with us for a while. He is tall, with wide shoulders, tattoos and muscles mottled - he is a Puerto Rican. Because he had a health problem, he should not drive, so he went through many paths; he was intercepted by the police who smiled at me during his walk. The police will search for him, phone him, and send him. They never found what they should not have, thank God, never arrested him, but they stopped harassing him.
Twelve years ago, you crossed the IATASE codon of "apprentice", and the staff of your reality show talked together to get a fair remuneration for the work you did for that show. You crossed the ropes of many hardworking men and women with the staff of "apprentice", and they did not seem to anyone else's eyes. I have worked in this industry since 1974 (as a representative of staff and union). From my experience and many of my crews - the entertainment industry is a tough job. Men and women working on your show are talented professionals who can do all kinds of things including suit making, lighting suits, editing of each episode, wardrobe creation, hair and makeup.
