This poem is a summary of Tupac Shakur's life in several powerful and meaningful lines. Tupac grew up in poor families of the community and there were not many people who eventually succeeded. He does not have too much hope or faith. Nobody thinks he can succeed. Tupac first asked: "Have you ever heard of roses growing from concrete cracks?" It is certainly special by asking it. Tupac is comparing roses and concrete to protect your own environment. He said it was very difficult to live in such a difficult environment, but still I could say that I could create something myself. On line 2, he wrote, "Prove that the law of nature is wrong" (Shakur 3)
