President Bush 's decision to consider the establishment of a military court to indict terror suspects has caused a major debate about American civil liberties. Supporters believe that such a measure is a constitutional need to solve unprecedented terrorism. Opponents argue that these courts infringe the rule of law and rob the defendant from the protection provided by the US justice system. From my research and personnel experience on this issue, I found that these courts were in direct agreement with the US president he appealed.
