This article would argue that during the "Socrates trial and death" Socrates might have offered better arguments about his defense. First, it will outline prejudice or accusation Socrates must face during the trial. Then, it will show how Socrates works severely, he wants to lose the case, and will end the discussion Socrates can give to finally be innocent. - All conflicts of Athenian law in Socrates and political philosophy were initially appealed, the greatest being the conflict between philosophy and politics. The problem of philosophy being politically friendly is still left. It is not easy to cast doubts on an authoritative view, nor is it a philosophical field. Socrates is a fighter of the conflict. Political factors occur in opinion of political life, but Socrates' question is "What is the best system, how should I live?"
