Treatment of Skeletal Muscle Injury

Bone, smoothness and myocardium play an important role in the daily process to make the body function. Without these muscles, you can not do daily tasks and functions. Although damage to these muscles can cause serious problems, these muscles can reproduce, repair, and repair multiple problems. Muscle repair and regeneration are two similar but different things. Restoration restores the continuity of the muscles and continues to function as before the injury, but does not completely restore the pre-injury structure such as regeneration (Huijbregts, 2001).

The heart and skeletal muscle are functional and anatomically similar: each cell type is large and abundant in sarcomere and mitochondria. However, the tissue damage response is significantly different. Skeletal muscle consists of mitotic multinuclear muscle fibers and is incorporated into satellite cells which are a group of typical adult stem cells occupying space beneath the basement membrane beneath the fiber. Although normally stationary, these cells activate the myoblast process and differentiate into myoblasts after injury. Myoblasts proliferate and fuse together, and the remaining muscle fibers rapidly regenerate the muscle mass lost. Alexander Mauro has written a footnote to the preliminary report on satellite cell identification in 1961 (4). "Interestingly, it is speculated that the obvious failure of cardiomyocyte regeneration is related to the loss of satellite cells.

The three types of human muscle are myocardium, smooth muscle and skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle occupies about 40% of body weight. However, skeletal muscle is the only voluntary muscle type. This means that you must first send a message to your brain and tell them to do something and the brain will tell you what to do for your body (Kimball). The structure of skeletal muscle is not common to many other cells in the body. For example, muscle cells are polynuclear. In other words, it means that there are multiple cores. As far as muscle cells are concerned, the terms fiber and cell are used interchangeably. Since muscle fibers are not single cells, the names of these parts are different. Muscle cells seen from the microscope have a very unique shape. They look slim and striped looking (Kimball). The outermost layer of the muscle is the adventitia. According to the definition of the NDI Foundation, this is the fiber sheath of the whole muscle.
