Research and research on treatment and management of children's shame have found that the shame of children is due to genetic, temperament and environmental influences (Jaffe, 1991, p. 270, & Zimbardo 1995, p .56). This article is aimed at exploring the kind of shame, the impact of shame, the difference between normal shame and problematic shame. Finally, a strategy is proposed to help shy children. The basic shyness is a common problem not only for children but also for adults.

For some theorists, shyness is not a big problem. My mission is to explain my shame in theories and techniques I teach in personality, to recognize the serious need of treating shy adults and children. For those trapped in a silent prison, they also need treatment.

A small amount of alcohol is an effective way to treat shame. Weak shame - even extreme form of social phobia - is very common in large industrial societies, it mainly consists of a large number of strangers. Therefore, the use of alcohol as a social lubricant is basically to improve the quality of life - especially since social relationships may be the only major cause of human satisfaction. The use of this kind of alcohol can promote the full life of man as long as proper precautions are taken. But it is quite different from narcotics poisoning, but even with moderate alcohol intake, measurable damage to certain psychological functions is required and frequent dosing is required to produce a sustained effect. In the long term, physical injuries are considered - liver cirrhosis is common in countries such as Spain. What choices are available?
