Treating Zara

In this task, I will review what happened during the initial hospitalization. Reflection is a process understood from all life experiences, especially nursing practice (Taylor B 2004). It is intended to describe, analyze, evaluate, and actually provide information for my learning experience. I decided to understand this experience using the reflection loop of the Gibbs model (1998). I will explore the best ways to make bathing exercises and bathing processes used in hospitals a pleasant experience.

By distributing the majority of its decisions, Zara regards each store as a micro market. Since store managers acquire and distribute information every day in their respective markets, Zara can quickly and accurately respond to every market. Although the ordering process is decentralized, it is highly standardized and is clearly defined using set-up protocols and strict delivery times at the store level. The order process is closely related to the fulfillment process. During the fulfillment process, a series of commercials act as decision-makers, decide how to collate aggregated demand (orders) from all stores against supply in the distribution center and allocate available inventory to each store To do. The Zara apparel brand handles over 10,000 clothes a year, and Zara's strategy is to distribute new products within two weeks and distribute them to dealers. Zara apparel also dominates the Americas by establishing multiple bases in the United States, Canada, South America.
