Reflection technique is a process understood from all common life experiences, especially nursing practice (Taylor B, 2004). The pondering process helps nurses continuously ask questions and improve the quality of care provided. I was bound by the Code of Conduct for Nursing and Midwife (2008) and Mrs. Masood was used to protect the identity of patients according to the confidentiality obligation of the Data Protection Act (1998). During the initial hospitalization, I encountered situations where communication plays an important role.
There are three main characters in this article: a little boy, his grandfather and his neighbor Masood. In the beginning, the little boy worshiped and respected his grandfather very much. The boy changed his attitude towards his grandfather from worship to disgust by seeing how his grandfather handled poor Mazdo without sympathizing. Through the eyes of an innocent and pure little boy, we conclude that power and wealth will make people greedy and ruthless. In addition, this worship also can be expressed directly as "I love him, when I grow up as a tall and slim man like him, I can imagine myself." I will. In the conversation, my grandfather expressed dislike to his neighbor and stated that he was helpless.
At the beginning of the story, the boy noticed that his grandfather does not like his neighbor Masood. In the conversation, he asked his grandfather why he did not like Masood. His grandfather replied Masood was a lazy person, which is why he did not like him. "He's a lazy person, I do not like people like this" (page 2, paragraph 5). In addition, my grandfather also said that Masood got married more than once, and he sold a portion of his property every time he got married. "My child, Massud is a very married man, he will purchase me or two of me every time he gets married" (p-3, para-14). The boy thinks that Masoud has a possibility of marrying more than 90 women and calculates it. After that, he has three wives and I ask a lot of questions. At the end of the story, the boy realized that his grandfather was not the one he thought. According to the girl's grandfather, he will purchase all Masood's property before his death.
