Welcome to the 32nd ISTSS Annual Meeting! The theme of this year's meeting was "wound and public health: innovative technology and knowledge dissemination".

Trauma and trauma related diseases are important public health problems that require an interdisciplinary approach including epidemiology, biostatistics, and medical service research. In order to raise public awareness and eliminate traumatic diseases, it is important to evaluate, treat, prevent, and develop knowledge translations. The use of innovative technology is closely related to public health strategies. Translation of knowledge has increased by the latest technology including the use of media and the Internet. Research will have a major impact on clinical practice, as practical work provides information on research topics. Innovative technologies are used for treatment and research, new clinical tools such as e-health and online treatment, and those that help monitor and improve the speed and quality of treatment.

In this era of exciting methodological innovation and global globalization, the purpose of this conference is to integrate research, clinical practice and public health initiatives to promote knowledge transfer and implementation. The conference featured a new, exciting and innovative technology to advance the psycho-traumatic approach, including improving the possibilities of existing therapeutic intervention and promoting the development of new therapeutic interventions.
