It is flexible. This is relevant to clinicians treating wound survivors, as individuals experiencing significant PTG levels do not necessarily experience a corresponding reduction in pain or an increase in their happiness. However, after the event of a traumatically injured life, the level of pain and happiness may change markedly over time. The type of positive change experienced by individuals in the fight against trauma outcomes is reflected in the PTG scale based on an interview with many trauma survivors, the post traumatic growth scale (PTGI; Tedeschi & Calhoun, 1996). This tool includes five PTG fields. Improve human relations, new possibilities of life, gratitude for life, stronger personal power, and spiritual development.
Human design is flexible. In some studies, Dr. George Bonano, the other side of sorrow, confirmed its resilience as a core experience of most traumatic people. Elasticity refers to the ability to be exposed to the ability to maintain potentially highly destructive personal healthy mental and physical functions as well as positive emotions. A lot of people are still shocked by last Sunday's events, but I can tell you based on my long-standing work in this field and more and more research. Strong, injured, mutual support of Americans and positive growth experience after trauma
Does trauma create flexibility or decide how natural resilience deals with trauma? I think that this is a combination of the two. I think the degree of trauma is also important - my mother's trauma makes me look downright at me. People regard the trauma as completely negative experience. We need to remind people that "Black Mark" could be a golden channel to take advantage of skills that others have not learned.
