Transferring Knowledge

Throughout life, people in many positions master knowledge that can be used in various ways, such as work, society, or educational environment. In the first semester of the first year of the University of Oklahoma, I took an English composition course while intellectually challenging, still maintaining the expectation of the first year of English. In this course, I discussed the practice of discourse, meta-cognition, critical thinking, and the strategy for transferring acquired knowledge to other events in our life in the 1113 term of English.

The knowledge transfer step 37 in the AHRQ model represents three main stages: (1) knowledge creation and distillation, (2) communication and dissemination, and (3) organization adoption and implementation. These knowledge transfer phases are seen from the perspective of researcher / new knowledge creator, starting with determining the result of patient safety mix or individual research project. Knowledge creation and distillation have been studied (expected to change the responsiveness of the medical provision system), then the relevant research results are summarized into practical products such as concrete practical recommendations and research results In order to introduce to nursing care services, it is important for users to understand and instruct the knowledge distillation process.

Technology transfer usually has two elements: knowledge transfer and intellectual property transfer. Knowledge elements include the exchange of information, research results and ideas, and intellectual property elements include the transfer of the right to use knowledge without infringing the owner's intellectual property rights. A license agreement is the most common tool used to convey the right to use knowledge without infringing the owner's intellectual property. The term "permit" is derived from the Latin "areentia" and means freedom or freedom. Essentially, the license tells the user freedom to do things that the user can not legally do. Generally, licenses are merely promising to exempt licenses or not to file a license, and it will be feasible without permission.
