Transcendentalism in Today´s World

Transcendental theory is supported by Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau, a controversial theory that began in the mid - 19th century and is controversial. Many people are doubtful about the value of transcendence, and in this modern era they seem to understand it more and more. I am one of the few people who have found some value in this old theory. Let's explain why. Transcendentalism itself describes the idea that people speak to them about the world than to their senses. Therefore, their understanding of the world transcends words because it transcends their senses.

This was the first impression they did. If they see purple trees, they will paint it purple. Romanticism was part of that era. Transcendental Romanticism. We use transcendence in our daily life. We thought in our minds, and our heart feels that transcendence is an exercise that started in New England from the beginning of the nineteenth century. It deviated from the blind teaching of the church and was made as a protest against the general culture of those days. I think Thoreau, Emerson, Whitman, Dickinson are doing a good job of explaining the true meaning of transcendence, and that is death is coming.
