Transactional Analysis

According to Eric Berne, transaction analysis is a powerful tool for human happiness. Eric Berne deals with psychology behind our trading. Transaction analysis determines which self-state people will interact. People have their own three basic conditions, namely parents, adults and children. While others are constantly changing some people have a controlled self condition. All components require comprehensive personality. Children are related to intuition, creativity, motivation, enjoyment.

Transaction analysis (Bern) - Transactions between people are done between parents, adults, children's self-condition. Processing includes analysis of self-state structural analysis, analysis of specific transactions, analysis of specific transactions, analysis of specific transactions, game analysis - a series of transactions with final motivation - and analysis of customer's life script included. (Nelson-Jones, Richard 2006 p 4). Realistic treatment (Glasser) - Customers choose to maintain their own suffering by choosing inappropriate ways to control the world to meet their needs. Treatment includes identifying client needs and needs, guiding the selection theory, planning, and actions necessary to train client success as needed. (Nelson-Jones, Richard 2006 p4)

The concept of trading games evolved from the transaction analysis theory of Berne (1964) and explained a highly structured socially malfunctioning interaction. Trading games are a series of operations of messages or transactions that will lose the psychological "Rui" of the game and his or her unknown partner. Trading games represent a wide variety of possible types of transactions. Berne (1964) divides the trading range into six categories, each with different participation levels and different behaviors. The six stages of interpersonal relationship are as follows.

Eric Berne is the founder of Transaction Analysis. Transaction analysis is based on the interpretation of human behavior based on self-state of children, parents and adults, and division of non-transactional lines and these self-states. Eric Berne's idea was strongly influenced by Sigmund Freud, but his theory and practice was very different from psychoanalysis. A child is a pattern of thinking, emotion, and behavior that a person had since childhood. Bern believes that we all have small boys or girls that feel, think, and respond like children. This is to explain Chris' reaction to certain situations, such as "hit the brother-in-law during visit". This may be regarded as a child just like a response to a situation.
