I recently asked this question when I prepared a seminar for my clients recently. That stopped me. We have always used the word "pro", but what are the characteristics of professionalism?
We quickly thought about the three principles of etiquette, consideration, respect, and honesty. That is not surprising.
Please think. Experts can examine the situation objectively, identify what is happening, and understand how it affects all concerned parties. This means understanding the overall picture
I respect. Of course, experts respect people who interact with them. They take into account the influence of their behavior on others. Perhaps most importantly, the way they act is not only to deal with the situation in front of you but also to positively influence other parties.
Honestly. Experts are genuine. Fraud - even white lies - not part of his or her makeup. Honesty also means sincerity. The central function of experts is that he or she shows sincerity to the dialogue.
When these three functions are adopted, they create trust. Business is built on trust. To build trust requires great effort and repetition. Only one type of misbehavior leads to loss of trust, but it is difficult to recover the lost trust once.
Display ability professionals are good at work. They mastered the skills of their job. Ability to build confidence in customers, colleagues, managers, and suppliers
Attention to honor. Responsibility, of course, means being someone you can rely on - doing the job right and doing the work on time. Responsibility also means that you are willing to resolve the problem when problems arise and to consider the solution as much as possible. This is not a question of whether people make mistakes, not how people handle it when an error occurs.
That image that projects a positive image starts with clothes. But it is also affected by eye contact, posture and body language.
Of course, all these answers show important and positive character traits. Of course, the university requires students to work hard, take responsibility and be kind. This is a clever choice. Ideally, your application and interview answer indicates that you are a kind and diligent student. However, these answers are predictable. Almost all applicants can give the same answer. Once you return to the original question "Please tell yourself" you need to understand that any applicant can give an answer that does not well define which function makes you different. Interview is the best opportunity to convey your unique personality and passion. So, you want to answer the question in a way that shows you that you are yours. It is not a clone of thousands of other applicants.
Psychologists often talk about personality traits, but what exactly is the characteristic? How do mental health experts define this term? Our personality helps us become a unique individual, but not everyone agrees that all the different features exist. Some people divide their personality very narrowly into specific functions, but others prefer a broader view of the function. Features are often defined as various characteristics that constitute individual personality. In "Personality Handbook: Theory and Research", the authors Roberts, Wood, and Caspian define their personality traits as "patterns of behavior that distinguish relatively long-term thinking, feelings, and individuals".
In multi-segment articles, the meaning of "personality characteristics" is interpreted according to the "five major" model, each "five major" function is defined, and the character's character is described by "five major". For each feature, it is important to provide evidence of character's thought, emotion, and behavior.
