In this article, we introduce a training model to support teachers who take on a new role, especially in the educational system and society of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Current educational features, needs and visions of the United Arab Emirates, results of national teacher surveys, participation of 2,500 teachers, and past efforts in the information and communication technology (ICT) field of the United Arab Emirates and a training teacher's model A review has started. The educational system of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is relatively new. In 1952, there were very few official schools in this country. In the 1960s and 1970s, the school construction program extended the education system. Elementary and junior high school education is now common. In 2006 - 2007, about 650,000 students entered 1,256 public schools and private schools. Approximately 60% of the students go to public school. Public schools are funded by the government, and the curriculum follows the goals and values of the development of the United Arab Emirates. Public school guidance language is Arabic, and English is emphasized as second language. There are also many internationally recognized private schools. Public schools in the country are free to citizens of the United Arab Emirates, but private schools have different rates.
