The purpose of this white paper is to identify new trends and current problems within the organization on training and development. In this paper, we will evaluate new trends mainly focusing on Japan on the theme of training and strategic organization development. Readers of this article use a comprehensive step-by-step process to determine the most important trends. This article also explains the impact of this trend on future organizations. Future organizations will open up my literature review platform.

Trends in organization development and corporate leadership training focus on fostering social, emotional and psychologically growing leaders. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Meteorological Training Institute (MTI) is a Regional Meteorological Training Center (RMTC) evaluated by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and is trained in a pleasant place in Pune, Pune. IMD is the national weather hydrology field of the country and is the main government agency involved in meteorology, seismology and related fields. Pune meteorology, meteorology, telecommunications and agricultural meteorology recognize Pune and New Delhi weather training facilities as RMTC in all four major areas.
