Traditional society and modern society In today's world, people of today are educated, independent and motivated. In order to succeed, you have to figure out the most competitive aspects and win everything. Not a few. This is a way of thinking of most major companies, securities companies, etc. Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Third World countries keep a more traditional lifestyle and the outlook for life is not too bad. In these countries, the concept of social success is a member of a large family with prosperous crops and livestock.

To develop African traditional society, contemporary theorists are expected to rationally allocate gender resources and create traditional, institutional and organizational barriers that lead to the development of gender in sub-Saharan Africa I think that it is necessary to eliminate. Therefore, society needs to experience the stage of change in order to be modernized.

Fourth, we are trying to compare traditional society with rational society through modernization theory. This means that in traditional SSA society, resources are not evenly distributed and that women can not access resources by traditional thinking. Therefore, development is slow, women's empowerment rate is low. At the same time, there is equitable resource allocation to rational modern society, which explains why these societies are more advanced and modern. As the times change, things have to change, and these traditional societies have changed their tradition with the change of the times, and in some remote areas of the SSA tradition is still a male dominated resource I will assert.
