From the award-winning writer Jewell Parker Rhodes became a powerful novel after 15 years of attack on 9/11

Dèja gets confused if her fifth grade teacher hinted that a series of courses on families and communities eventually would have great answers to two high buildings, if the high buildings were visible outside the classroom window I guess. She started a journey of discovery and new friends Ben and Sabeen were around her. But as she approached the main question about who she is, what the United States means, and how the community grows (and heals), she has also found a new problem . Why is pop so angry like she does when asking something about the tower?

Award-winning writer Jewel Parkrose tells a powerful story about the young people who did not live to witness this decisive moment in history, but they tell their daily color We are beginning to realize.

Rhodes is using more than just words to convey these different stories. TOWERS FALLING has some beauty through Deja's Circle Map, School Project, Essay, and Friend's Ben's picture but usually it has nothing to do with the tragic story, but the heritage and the American past, It is accompanied by emotional and visual aspects. Let's connect with our country. Make sure TOWERS FALLING appeals to readers, emotionally pull past into the present, they will definitely be affected by Rhodes discourse

Jewell Parker Rhodes' TOWERS FALLING not only recalls the historical tragic story of 9/11 but also how it affects the US and its next generation citizens. This story is for Deja of the fifth grade of elementary school to learn the 9/11 event. This is an event I do not mind because everything happened before I was born. Deja is a strong girl whose family live in a homeless shelter. When she did not attend school, she was looking after her brother and sister, her mother was working, so her pop music is always sick and strangely from her family I was kept away. It all frustrated Deja, she was angry most of the time, whether she was pop music or life.

TOWERS FALLING started by letting Deja recognize friendship. I noticed that she belonged to different groups of people with strong links. Deja belongs to family circle, where a group of friends leads to all the different rings to which she belongs. For everyone living in the United States there is another ring to appeal to all of us. Throughout the book, the charts in these circles show that we all are connected. This gave a deeper understanding of Deja's event. Because, as a US citizen, it showed that the 9/11 incident occurred to all of us. Since Deja knew that 9/11 had affected her related people including her friends and family, she passed the association.
