To Pray or Not to Pray

Does the Congress pray or not pray that the Congress should not enact laws relating religious beliefs or free exercise, or deprive freedom of speech? I am not afraid of those looking at people different from myself, I pray for surprises. I pray that I can see people walking with God in my life, especially during difficult times of my life. I pray
