Of course they are wrong. I accepted this position, but after four months I tried to fulfill my duty. Whenever they seek my opinion or ask for decisions, I will reply it in the form of questions. I never feel comfortable as a leader, thankfully, I was released in a few months. I always feel that other people are suitable for this job. The second time I encountered the same problem was when I was a company customer service assistant.
Regardless of whether you are leading the business, leading the family, or leading the country, the important quality of the leader is empathy. Management and leadership are two very different things. Good managers may have the courage to organize and adjust things, but leadership is a bit different. I hope all leaders are excellent managers, but more importantly, leadership is to encourage and motivate others to do their best. In order to do this, we must understand them. It sounds very simple, but if you do not have empathy it is almost impossible to understand the perspective, strengths and weaknesses of others.
As part of writing this book, I am talking with various successful leaders. There are companies that lead a major company, companies that lead a startup, a major opinion, a major government policy, and some major charitable organizations. Everything is very different, and everyone has their own leadership. However, as you can imagine, there are several themes that will occur repeatedly. The repeated themes are their curiosity, full effort to ongoing learning, and interest in others' opinions and opinions. Let's confirm that. At the top there are these crazy directors who have real power as they mainly decide on all the strategies that run this show, but no one wants to know it. These potential customers actually do not own anything; they just tell what to do to all potential customers and their people. Leader, uh, the leader is a beautifully served servant, most of them qualified to align their friends. In fact, I am not saying this, but I believe that some statements about these three prototypes around 2000 will make you angry. The majority of the content you dislike about my prototype is probably because people abuse their roles by sacrificing their own roles. You have a bad coach with no communication, you are suffering from a nonsense middle management, or perhaps your CEO is legally mad
