Tithonus and the Eternal Consequences of Decisions

The eternal consequence of the decision Titus and "Tittas" was written by Sir Tennyson Alfred. The background of this poem is the ancient story of Titanas. Tithonus fell in love with the goddess Eos of the dawn and demanded that she be immortal. Unfortunately for Tidonus he did not demand eternal youth, but demanded eternal life only. Therefore he grows old, never dies, Eos never dies nor age. What makes Terthonus even worse is that "God himself can not remember their gifts" (49). This dramatic monologue is characteristic of Tennyson.

Finally, this poem is about the eternal impact of decision making and decision-making. Through Tithonus' immortal and immortal history, the audience learned that Immortality is not for humanity but for the dramatic tension of the audience watching this audience. Tennyson emphasizes the importance of good decision making technology and our decision making.

This is a common misunderstanding of aging research called Tithonus error. Tithonus is immortalized by Zeus in Greek mythology but he has not acquired eternal youth. As a result, Titanas became weaker and weaker and demented with age. Be clear: prolonging quality of life is not my goal. My job and the ultimate goal of many biologic senior scholars are not weakness due to aging, but to maintain and expand health, happiness, and life. Our goal is to reduce pain rather than prolonging the elderly, as well as by improving health (see de Gray et al., 2002a). In other words, what we are seeking is finding ways to delay healthy living by delaying disease or degeneration. Ultimately, I would like to find a treatment for aging that will allow Alzheimer 's disease, Parkinson' s disease, heart disease, whatever, aging and all the symptoms associated therewith to be avoided.
