Time Changes Everything

Time will inevitably change everything. About a year and a half ago, he said that racial slavery is a controversial social problem, leading to a civil war. Because the pyramid has existed for thousands of years, it may be at least as long as it does not bomb the life sand. But what this statement says is not that the pyramid is eternal - this seems to be the same for some people - instead, everything will change over time

As it is often cited, apart from the change, not only the environment where we live changes but everything, including time, is changing. This change is not obvious in everyday life, but soon we will enter a completely different era and notice that our needs have changed. In order to adapt to changes in these times, we must rethink our policy, especially social justice, which gives equality rights to all people of society. Securing social justice is a field requiring considerable care as it will not last long unless it is practiced in a safe environment. Certain regional countries, such as climate change, domestic violence, gender violence, terrorism, forced relocation, should be securitized. In order to minimize conflicts, NGOs as well as the government take measures to securitize these sectors to a certain extent.

We now live in the world of VUCA. Everything inside and outside the organization changes faster than the organization itself. Therefore, our roles, structures, rules, and policies are becoming obsolete. The lack of "adaptation" to the environment is interest in debt, which gradually increases. If you are Kodak and your capital allocation process actively supports that movie (or existing technology), it is debt. If you ask the customer to fax or mail the written instructions for making changes to the account in 2016, it is debt. If you can not give reasonable customers what they want, "As our policy says" this is debt. These policies may have the best intent, but the situation has changed. It may be difficult to quantify the actual cost due to not having the required structure and governance, but that is realistic and continues to increase
