I have many expectations for entering this new term. My somewhat confused form is the first time for me to take this online course, but now that we are close to the end, I am very pleased to be able to take this course. I have learned a lot in this class. I also came across another opinion and got some interesting ideas from my classmates. The three most notable things are the superior motivating factor, our great leader, and the description of control technology.

In addition to these three important elements, remember that the two most important elements in each business are people and data, people are always complicated, the data is changing and simple. You need to master these two characteristics. Do not fall into a bright trap of these two main points

There are many elements including all the wonderful stories. One of the most important elements is the environment. This setting is the background of the story. The three main elements of the environment are time, place, and social environment. Each of these factors has a big influence on the story's events and emotions.

Four basic elements of the project: resources, time, money, and most importantly all elements that the project manager must monitor. Many people think that the scope is more important than the other three basic elements. The scope of the project is the definition that the project needs to be completed and the budget, time, and funds created to achieve those goals. Changing the scope of the project is absolutely essential to change the corresponding budget both in terms of time and resources. Project managers must also effectively manage the resources allocated to the project. This includes working hours for all employees or members of the project team. It also involves the management of subcontracting contracts of every labor. Project managers also need to manage the equipment used for the project, the personnel assigned to the project, and the materials needed for the equipment. Project managers need to motivate the project team to achieve their goals.

Project management is considered a tool and method for managing projects. It plays an important role in promoting the success of the project. In Vietnam, some researchers focus on important elements of project management. Project management initially includes general administrative functions. Plan, Organization, Leadership and Control (Tran V., 2011). In this chapter, we first describe the project definition, important elements, and the project life cycle. Project management is carried out from planning to completion of the project cycle. Secondly, the author will critically review the majority of previous research in the field of project management. Based on the objectives identified in Chapter 1, the authors will examine and analyze the project management factors faced by BORDA Vietnam in 2011-2013.
