Three Functions of the Law

Through the text, the word of God extends through the text through law. The law is the Word of God and orders people to do the right thing according to God's standards (Muller, 38). The law is the basis for reflecting the sanctity of God. The Law is a general request to God to do the right things to people. The law tells the people what to do, what to do, and the results of not doing the right things God wants us.

Regardless of whether the law plays a role in encouraging us to do the right thing, no one doubts the continuing importance of the law in fulfilling the first three functions above. Therefore it is widely believed that the health and wealth of a country depends to a large extent on maintaining and observing the rule of law of the country. The land law is also known as the real estate law. It includes the acquisition, protection and conflict of human rights in the land, legal rights and just rights. This means three things. First of all, "property rights" (Latin, property rights) are generally thought to be binding on third parties, but individual rights (individual rights) are exercised only to obligors can do. According to British law, a fixed number or a certain amount of property rights are allowed, which creates various privileges. The main reason for this distinction is whether the obligors of two or more creditors are bankrupt (ie bankrupt) or whether there is a dispute about the possession of a particular one. If an individual or company goes bankrupt and possesses property possessed by others, those individuals can usually regain their property without any other charge.
