Three Essays on the Understanding of Urban Development

About 100 years ago, this city has grown more than ever. Its importance and importance are reflected in its high productivity and spatial concentration. Understanding urban development helps to improve urban management and policies and enhance the happiness of urban residents. The three papers in this paper are attempting to raise awareness about the interaction between the labor force and the housing market and the behavior of the local government from the viewpoint of employment center and aggregate economy. The first article explored the role of the employment center in economic development. The theoretical literature shows that the accumulated economy is the main driving force for the formation and development of employment centers and is the main driving force for economic growth. Applying the birth model to the employment center in the state of Maryland, we found that these centers are increasingly concentrated, especially for people with large employment and industrial diversification. Ignoring employment centers may overestimate aggregate effects when using fixed distance measurements. The effect of policy is that local governments may use employment centers as a tool to promote economic growth. In the second article, I tested the effect of unemployment on foreclosure of houses. In this research, and the interaction between the labor market and the housing market, the biggest challenge is geographical inconsistency between employment and residential areas. This section describes the combined effect of unemployment on foreclosure seen in the literature. To measure this effect, I created a vulnerability index for unemployment using my family commute. After determining the damping bias of the measurement error, I found that unemployment plays an important role in foreclosure decisions. This paper provides evidence about the impact of the labor market bubble burst on the sluggishness of the real estate market. The third article estimates the pattern of spending on non-budgetary income. In the literature, we assume that expenditure preferences for budget and non-budgetary income are different, but there is little empirical evidence due to lack of budgetary data. I will use land revenue to represent income from non - budgetary income in Chinese cities. I think support from tangible and tangible projects is often supported not by other budgetary public expenditure projects, without income from budget squeezing budget expenditure.

Five articles show that the author understands hints. Well-known domain name assertions / assertions / positions are generally understandable, but development and / or integration of appropriate evidence and at least three given sources are limited or heterogeneous . Traditionally, inexperienced student writers have been taught to write so-called five-segment articles. In these articles, we will first present a paper consisting of three part arguments consisting of paragraphs of each section of the three part and ending with the explanation of the three part argument. For elementary school writers, five articles can encourage the development of ideas beyond example. However, as writers make their ideas more complicated, we need to consider other ways to develop ideas.
