In my analysis of the Texas State Constitution, I will evaluate the three branches of the state government, the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the final judiciary. Our state government is similar in many ways to our central government, but we will confirm it in this article in a very different way. I will identify some criticisms and problems concerning the term of the state government department and identify the reform plan that many people think are necessary.
