Three Branches of American Government

The origin of the three branches of the United States Government of the United States government could be traced back to the struggle between British settlers and British monarchs. Thirteen colonies have developed rapidly and have built their own political and legal systems. The British monarchy imposed a set of taxes on settlers and ignored the so-called taxation requirements of colonies. After Congress enacted punishment for the end of autonomy of Massachusetts, thirteen colonies united at the conference leading to armed conflict in April 1775.

One of the theoretical pillars of the US Constitution is "check and balance" between the authority and responsibilities of the three departments of the US government, administrative, legislative, and justice. For example, Congress (Congress) has authority to enact legislation, but the executive department under the guidance of the President can refuse all legislation. This may be overturned by Congress. The President nominates the judge to the highest judicial system, the highest judicial body in the country, but these candidates must be approved by Congress. In other words, the Supreme Court can invalidate the constitutional law passed by Congress. These and other examples are studied in further detail below.

In order for people to understand the American Constitution, you first need to understand the Constitution; therefore, look at the Federal Government stipulated in the Constitution. The Federal Government is deliberately divided into three departments: the legislative division that establishes the law, the judicial division that interprets the law, and the administrative department that makes the law effective. - For me there are several concepts that explain the basic principles of the United States and the hopeful view of the future of this country. During my research on this work, some people are very helpful for me and resonate with my nationwide feelings and understanding. The first is pursuit of freedom of life and pursuit of happiness, this type of emotion is the cornerstone of America's beginning for me.
