Three Branches: The Impact on Law Enforcement

On September 17, 1787, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; on a hot summer day, a group of representatives gathered in a humid meeting room at the Independence Hall. After four months' quorum quadruple, 39 participants of the Constitutional Council signed a 4 - page handwritten document.
