Employee benefits are a top priority for Thorpe Park. Faithful and dedicated employees are benefiting a lot with very low salaries. Because there is not enough people to cope with the ever-increasing workload, they do not work for a long time and are never hired.

Leadership is immature and I do not understand business direction, changing strategies and inconsistent standards. The resort was once a comfortable and positive place, but now I feel that employees are overworked, important and I can not work despite being 100% effort every day.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend joining the Thorpe Park team until everyone has better leadership. They appreciate the labor talent and efforts.

Thorpe Park is a theme park located between Chertsey town and Surrey's Staines-upon-Thames. It is operated and owned by Merlin Entertainments. After the Thorpe Park Manor was removed in the 1930 's, the site became a gravel hole. Built in the 1970s, Thorpe Park Resort was partially submerged in a gravel hole and was the theme of park water. This basically allows guests to consider parks as islands. This is the origin of the slogan "There is nothing else in the island" as the present of the park. It was officially released by Lord Louis Mount Batten in 1979. It has grown to be one of the UK's major theme parks and now has hotels

By removing the soap park land in the 1930s, the site was originally a gravel pit owned by Ready Mixed Concrete Limited. In the late 1970s, they decided to flood in several places and build an educational theme park. This park opened as a small attraction slowly built the first large-scale facility "X: \ No Way Out" of RMC in 1996. In 1998, the Tussauds group bought parks (they also owned the nearby Chessington Adventure World). From the beginning, the park began to open major attractions such as the wave of the 2000 tide, the huge image of 2002, the 2003 Nemesis Inferno, the 2006 stealth.

Thorpe Shark Hotel opened in 2014, Thorpe Park decided to make a night of intimidation. Before the experience begins you are guided to the back of the hotel where the actor will read some terrible stories. Thorpe Shark Hotel is a hotel with a room in a metal container. At the entrance there is a metal shark theme that appears to rise from the lake, the shark's structure is made of waste metal, there are old signs of various vehicles and attractions at the theme park. The hotel leads to the entrance of the dome and the park via the sidewalk. The hotel opened in 2014 renewed the design of the temporary hotel "The Crash Pad" opened in 2013.
