Simplicity is a lifestyle advocated by transcendent Henry David Thoreau and the most fulfilling lifestyle. Despite occasional absurdity, Thoreau wishes that this life is more closely related to nature than to the earliest industrial America. He supported adoption of more agricultural methods than mechanized work and production methods, as he believed that this approach marginalized his roots. Walden, Complete Walden Lake, "Woods Life" of "Henry David Thoreau 18 Article Series" published in 1866. This book is an important contribution to the transcendence of New England and is an experimental record of Thoreau's simple life (1845-1847) on the northern coast of Lake Walden in eastern Massachusetts. Walden is regarded not only as a philosophical discourse on labor, leisure, independence, individualism but also as an influential and natural text. It is considered to be a masterpiece by Thoreau.
