Walden; Alternatively, life is a self experiment in the forest and provides an ideal opportunity to evaluate the philosophy of the author. This book explains Henry David Thoreau's self-discovery journey when he is about to send a simple and self-supporting life in the forest of Massachusetts. He explored two years and two months at a small house near Walden Pond and was considered a pioneering work in the early American transcendence. Thoreau has never demonstrated spiritual truth at the end of the journey.
Discuss what Thoreau thinks is important in your life. The benefits of nature and a simplified lifestyle are important for Thoreau. Thoreau said, "Barbarity requires something other than food and housing." Even in a certain climate, Thoreau considers men's essentials to be food, housing, clothing and fuel. He stated how cats and dogs need the same second nature. "The human body is a stove and food is a fuel that keeps burning in the lungs" - "Language is often thought to be the boundary line between human beings and other parts of the animal kingdom" (by Amy Stafford , Chimpanzee communication) Chimpanzees and other primates also have this ability in part. "Human words are used to express ideas, build social relationships, disseminate information, and clarify ideas. "
A decade ago, Thoreau began a journey to think about my life. I remember how he found his work. The movie (released in 2007) is based on Jon Krakauer's book which has the same title as Christopher McCandless. The story of McCandless is sad. But his greatest inspiration came from Thoreau. I decided to choose (and Jon Krakauer 's book) because Thoreau does not recommend studying in the Dutch school. Since then, I have stopped thinking, thinking, living.
