Martha Stomas Robert Malthus is a famous economist and pastor. Born in Surrey, England on February 13, 1766, he was the sixth child of the seven children. In 1805, Malthus became a professor of history and political economics at the University of East India Company in Hailey Berry, Hertfordshire until his death. Malthus became a member of the Royal Society in 1819, two years later was appointed a member of the political and economic club, including David Ricardo and James Mill. In 1824, he was elected as one of the royal family members of the Royal Literature Society. Malthus also co-founded the London Statistics Association in 1834.
