Thomas Jefferson's Presidency

Thomas Jefferson is the third president of the United States. As he was such an early president, he had a major impact on our political regime in the short term and in the long run, and he seemed quiet about Congress. During his President, a lot of things happened that changed the United States we know. On Wednesday March 4th, 1801, Thomas Jefferson took office as the third president of the United States.
