Things Don't Change; We Do

For those who are engaged in the coaching business and are on the way to life, I found the title statement PROFOUND. Think about it and make sure you can see the depth of thought.

I spent a lot of time thinking about how I can change people, places and things. If my life improves, I have learned how to operate the world without my guidance; my inner change will improve it. I live a crazy real definition, repeat behavior, and expect different results. It did not work

Unfortunately, people who need the most support often seek the most difficult times. Growing up in an environment where love is deprived, they do not believe what they deserve. This is the reason to reaffirm our basic values

People want to spread themselves to your side and give them a good mood. Believe in yourself and encourage them to do this by spreading out what you want. The universe will come back to grab your hand. Believe in yourself, others believe in you. It is impossible. "

These are the basic principles of my diligent work, used for my favorite service activities, and brought the practice of counseling.

My service abilities are restored not by coaches but by men's addiction as a sponsor. I will cooperate with clients to set goals, recovery of life, self-motivation, accountability, life balance and adapt to the new national and cultural norms. I will guide and utilize the talents my client has and understand what they are looking for and guide them to use their abilities to realize their dreams.

In my addiction coaching job, I lead people through a goal-oriented process; the purpose is not just stopping addiction or moving away from poisoned people.

When we change our view and ways, change begins. I have learned a lot of difficulties, I am very happy that many people are used to help making the changes they need to make.

I can find out the positive factors in my mind (you can easily know the negative factors), focusing on them will change the working process and the world will be better. The world has not changed.

Of course, using appropriate tools may change the situation. But we can not change. You can not change the election of Donald Trump. I can not change his (very likely) pathological narcissism. We can not change many Americans despite his hatred and loyalty to it. We are more conscious of the desire for the establishment of the Republican Party. We accept these truths well so that we can move forward, not shock or anger.

We human beings develop with our tools. We changed the tools and our tools changed us. Writing what was invented thousands of years ago is a tool of magnificence and there is no doubt that it has changed us. Five hundred years ago, the invention of Gutenberg brought about a major change in the cost of books. Physics book leads a new way of cooperation and learning. Recently, network tools such as desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, PDAs have also changed us. They change us more to a snack of information, and I insist on shortening my attention. I respect my BlackBerry very much - I believe it will be more efficient - but I do not want to read the 300 page file above that. Information technology has changed the time, place and way we work. In short, information technology brought computers to our office.
