Today, when I saw the team entering the office sharing the office, I saw a team in my family table; I am straightforward, sincere, frank and truly tied It was. When I saw the team with an open workspace, I saw the team with a shared table in a crowded restaurant.

When you work with a team, you do not get a "team", you have to work together to make it a dream team, I completely forgot about it. When I had the opportunity to lead the team for the first time, I wanted team members to become robots and I wanted them to be expected to be perfect, but this is a bad approach. In the process, I learned that they are not my servants. They are human beings and they are willing to be able to adapt and want to learn. I will change the way of practicing leadership, listen to their opinions, do one-on-one meetings, see where they were bad and how they will help them achieve their goals understood.

My last team type is Mindful Team. "I" in the team is not a joke. But what if supposed to be reestablished within the team?
