There is much debate about raising tuition fees in higher education systems. This autumn, students going to university become the last members of the declining system. From 2006 onwards, the basic cost per course of each university will be 1,200 pounds per year. Under the new regulations, organizations can set their own rates up to £ 3,000 per year. Previously, the government had invested 1,200 pounds, regardless of demand. This means that the government no longer manages the prices of the courses offered by the university.

Today our higher education system is at stake.
