The book "There is no child here" by Alex Kotlowitz is a story about two boys, Pharoah and Lafeyette Rivers in the late 1980s. I grew up in Henry Horner, a housing project in Chicago. Boys tried to keep their youth while they were constant violent violence, death of close friends, their brothers in prison, and their father fighting drug addiction. In Horner, the two groups claimed that it was their site, and the river family constantly avoided the gun battle there. They live in apartments full of people such as cellar leakage, heating problems, animal corpses.

Richland County Children's Auxiliary Members are committed to improving children's lives in Richland County. The mission of the new store is to properly install the school for the children.
