Most social scientists believe that their work will help solve important problems. There are, of course, many problems to be solved for international relativists. Ethnic, religious confrontation, management of vulnerable world economy, global terrorism, climate change, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, euro crisis etc. - The list is infinite. In this increasingly complicated but controversial global order, academic expertise on international affairs may be considered a very important item. The choice we will read in the future is a big focus. They tried to answer major problems in international relations and foreign policy: why does the state behave like an international system? Some think that this is a matter of international relations theory, others think that it is a problem of diplomatic theory. For our purposes, we can treat them as the same problem. Why does the state act so that international relations theory and diplomatic theory tries to answer? In fact, they are considered independent theoretical systems. It is not about political scientists, nature of national behavior.
Why do countries act like international systems? Some think that this is a matter of international relations theory, others think that it is a problem of diplomatic theory. For our purposes, we treat it as the same problem. The behavior of the state is a core problem to which international relations theory and diplomatic theory tries to answer. Various authors develop a theory to explain the behavior of "all countries" as well as "one country" that causes problems. It can not cover all countries. So far, searching for universal models has avoided us, and the various theories proposed are only attempting to obtain a theory that defines the behavior of most countries. These theories are rarely mentioned in the next paragraph.
