Theories of Dream Content in The Interpretation of Dreams by Freud

I chose original psychology classics based on Sigmund Freud. My comment's title is "Description of a dream". The purpose of writing this book is to find out why we really are dreaming and what it means in our spiritual life. In Freud's view, dreams are seen as realization. It is called to satisfy desire through an unwilling process. Therefore, it may appear in hallucinations of dreams and fancy symptoms and neurosis or psychosis. Explanation is necessary to recognize this satisfaction.

Sigmund Freud suggested that in his book "Interpretation of Dreams" the content of the dream is related to the realization of the wish. Freud believes that the obvious content of a dream, or the actual image or event of a dream, can hide the dreamer's potential content and unconscious desire. Karl Jung and Freud have something in common, but he feels that dreams are not simply a desire to suppress. Jung believes that dreams reveal individual and group unconsciousness, and believe that dreams can help supplement some of the undeveloped mind in a calm life. However contrary to Jung's claim, Hall's subsequent research shows that when people awake they show the same characteristics they do in their dreams.

Freud wrote the first monograph on the scientific study of a dream called a dream interpretation published in 1900. This book is a collection of theories and insights into the practice of interpretation of dreams. Here, Freud analyzed the injection of his dream and helped to show that the dream is the realization of the unconscious (oppressed) desire. Therefore, by explaining a dream, you can reach a source of suppressed desire. It is the cause of neurological symptoms. Maintaining Freud's dream interpretation is meaningful only during the healing period
