The Zebra Fish and Human Diseases

0 Introduction 1 Zebrafish Zebrafish is commonly used in studies involving human diseases. (7) Zebrafish has a very common genome associated with humans and is an important tool for many human disease studies. Zebrafish has been separated from human's last known common ancestry 300 million years ago. Surprisingly, their genomes remain an important resource for cancer research and many other genetic diseases due to their large genomic similarities (1). Zebrafish is a model organism in many disease studies such as cancer, human genetic diseases, neurological diseases, Alzheimer's disease, etc. (8).

Animal experiments are carried out using animals other than humans for scientific experiments. From zebrafish to human primates, it is estimated that between 5,000 and 100 million vertebrates are used worldwide each year. In invertebrates experiments it is important to use more invertebrates, even flies and even worms, to use model organisms. After use in experiments, the animals were euthanized. Some of these animals are produced according to the purpose, others are captured in the wild, or those dealers who got them in auctions or pounds provide them.

I worked at the Zebrafish Institute of Dr. Lali Ramakrishnan. Her research focuses on tuberculosis, and zebrafish is a model organism. In a nutshell, my job is to feed monkeys and rotifers and feed them to zebra larvae. I am extremely grateful for this experience, but I feel that he is ready to do research. It is not a fool to do something. Projects funded by Howard Hughes Medical Institute are designed for undergraduate students who have no research experience. Now I know that this is an experiment to see if institutions like the University of Washington can make plans to make scientists. They have followed us over the years, but there is a possibility that we are following us today as well. The grant funded the students' fourth quarter allowance. In the following papers, you will read about a particular fish study. Zebra Danio and "GloFish". The basic experiment I want to carry out is the difference in behavior between the two varieties. There are multiple fish tanks around the room and you can collect data from it, so use the most diverse aquarium to get results. I do not want to merge different fish from the experiment and destroy the data. Each aquarium has a mirror facing the fish on both sides; it is called the "reflection zone". I would like to observe these fish for a while in this reflection area. The time we allowed to observe the fish was five minutes. We observed the fish in 6 different tanks. Each team member conducted three different experiments and cooperated on the final result.
