The Yellow Kids

"In the United States the President has reigned for four years and journalism has always been governed." Oscar Wilde did not say any more real words. The "eternal" governing ability comes from the news sensation, a process completed by the newspaper owner and journalists Joseph Pulitzer and William Randolph Hearst in the beginning of the 20th century. Sensationalism is ironically one of many relationships between professional competitors to unite themselves in journalism's history and stand out from each other.

That word was made by Owen Wardmann, an editor of New York Press. Wordsman first published this word, but there is evidence that the journalist at the time used expressions like "Yellow News" or "Yellow Children's News School". Wardman did not define the word exactly. It could be an initial large scale change and Wardman distorted "news" into "naked news". Wardman also used the term "yellow children's news" to refer to popular cartoons issued by Pulitzer and Hurst during a patrol war. In 1898, the paper merely stated: "Because they are yellow, we call them yellow."

Their Sunday entertainment features include some of the theories from which the first color cartoon page, and the word yellow news came, and as stated above, New York Press left its undefined term It was.
