The Wright Brothers: Great Innovators of Flight

2024-01-03 02:08:58

Throughout history, humans have always been fascinated with the concept of flight. Until the turn of the 20th century, the dream of flying birds has become a reality. On 17th December 1905, Wilbur and Orville Light drove the first aircraft heavier than the air. The Wright brothers remembered their great heritage and were recalled as the greatest innovators of those days. In this report, I will briefly introduce early adults, events that lead to pre-flight business activities and the development of modern aeronautical technology.

Most in flight in flight is not from Wright brothers but from Glen Curtis, their biggest competitor. Wright brothers were the first people who successfully controlled the flight, but they refused to publicize their abilities in general. Instead, they are good at patenting their skills and protecting their innovation, and Glenn Curtis is busy with innovation and people are not afraid of "stealing" his ideas. In the first 20 years of the 20th century, Curtis developed several innovations during flight - much more than the novelty of the Wright brothers. In fact, in order to circumvent their patents, he developed his own control flight system. It was the predecessor of modern technology: ailerons.

In order to understand the Wright brothers case, we must first consider the content of their patents. Three years after the first flight, Wright brothers got a "flight machine" patent focusing on brothers' most creative contributions to aviation research. They control the innovative mechanism of the aircraft in flight. In the design of the light, and in almost all subsequent aircraft, control is achieved by changing the "lateral edge" of the brother's so-called aircraft wing. In practice this means moving the rear outer tip of the wing in the opposite direction of the light by twisting (ie "twisting") the wings of the wood of the aircraft and the cloth. As an example of the actual situation, imagine twisting in the opposite direction on both sides of the open spaghetti box.

Before the Wright brothers, there was a general understanding of how air operations are functioning. They know that a constant wind speed moving on an arched wing decreases the pressure on the wing, resulting in lift. Difficulty and unknown to master in control flight are the long-term balance, including learning the pitch, pitch, and yaw of the aircraft. The light brother group finds inspiration in an unusual place. In pursuit of this discovery, Big Brother Wilbur believes that flying art can be found in more elegant designs in nature: birds. Birds completed something that human beings still do not yet understand and made themselves the students and worshipers of these flight masters. He rides a bicycle on his own again and goes to the Miami River where he sees the birds and observes their behavior and features.
