The World’s Newly Labeled Fifth Ocean

This paper states that the global ocean turning by IHP is a useful decision including ecological research and protection of important boundaries of marine organisms in the Southern Ocean. The boundary of this is from the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean. The South Sea extends from the Antarctic coast to 60 degrees south latitude. The total area is 7,848,300 square miles (20,327,000 square kilometers) and the average depth is 13,100 to 16,400 feet (4,000 to 5,000 meters). The deepest point of the South Sea is not named, but it is at the southern end of the South Sandwich Trench and its depth is -23,737 ft (-7,235 m). Antarctica, the world's largest ocean current, travels east around the Arctic circulation and is 13,049 miles (21,000 km) in length.

Not only did the Indian Ocean meeting attracted Asian countries, Tanzania also appreciated India's vision for the Indian Ocean region. The Indian Ocean is the third largest watershed in the world, accounting for a fifth of the world's total waters. The Indian Ocean Region (IOR) spans a vast area and directly affects the world economy and about 32 countries in this region. Most IOR countries are developing and middle income countries with different levels of development, stability and security. Political stability, quality of governance, population pressure, racial / sectarian tension, and economic growth rate create different opportunities and risk combinations in each state. IOR is also one of the most complicated mankind areas in the world. Economic development can pave the way for IOR member countries to eradicate poverty

The location of South America is dominated by Andean and Amazon. I believe there are many ancient civilization ruins in South America, many of which are still hiding behind in the lush rainforest. Recently South American tourism has increased dramatically. In 2015, 96.6 million foreign tourists decided to visit this area.
