There are differences in the security issues and problems that world countries face when investigating the details of documents and actions during the Cold War, but considering the overall impact and our current world situation, Similarities may be found. Since the conclusion of the unexpected Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States, national security and protection has always been a top priority for every government or organization.

The purpose of this paper is to provide politics of the world during the Cold War and to center the southern part of the world to analysis. The Cold War 's "standard discourse" almost completely emphasized the competition between the US and the Soviet Union, and was criticized both in terms of experience and norms. Standard explanations closely related to structural realism have been claimed to be a normative framework to help justify and strengthen the Cold War bipolar order. In addition, it shows that the structure of world politics emerged during the colonial era and characterized by core divisions that remained after the Cold War. We can see that this division affects the behavior of people and governments around the world. Since the standard explanation related to structural realism is not so, they are intellectually and morally unsustainable

Realism during the Cold War: In my opinion, realism explained the world most accurately during the Cold War. Realism thinks that the Cold War is the result of the reduction of the military capabilities of the United States, the rival of the great powers and the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republic, leading to a hegemonic struggle between them. Both countries are trying to build an influential ball around the world. After the end of the Second World War, the United States led the global politics (unity). Because it owned the atom bomb and did not own the competitor (the Soviet Union).
