The Widow Merrick

The novel "conservative widow" is a collection of colonial history novels in New York from 1766 to 1777. The main emotional node of the story is evolving around the historical events that occurred in Lexington and Harmony when Brittan tried to take (and succeeded) New York Island. If a person must claim the hero of this novel, it is Ann Merrick. We first saw Ann get married. This wedding is definitely not her choice.
