The Value of Failure

Businessmen, high school football coaches, and politicians like to talk about victory. It is driven by a superstitious belief that taking into consideration failure is equivalent to allowing it to happen. I like winning like the next one, but it is worth a while to think about the value of failure.

Whether it is a good or a bad thing, I think that it is the subject of the mistake. As an employee, boss, spouse, and parent, I made a mistake. This is what I have learned. If your goal never fails, you must restrict your actions to do what you always do. As one business expert says, "mediation alone can always be the best." But if your goal is to achieve higher goals and achieve new goals, you are doing it right. If it does not fail, there is not enough effort.

When we do this frequently, it will hurt our pride. This exposes people to danger and disadvantage and inhibits innovation. That is why I always ask the leaders to provide a safe failure place for their people. However, this does not mean that we take a different view and pretend that the error has not occurred. Or it's because of others. We all need to make a mistake. Whether you are yourself or others, when you ignore failures, we abandon valuable opportunities to understand what problems and learn how to improve the next time.

They said Thomas Edison spent 1000 attempts before inventing the bulb where he works. He believes that the first 1000 "failures" are to learn the steps to enable success. The value of failure is to learn how we learn. I have not learned the only real failure

In education, there is still a long way to accept failures. As it really becomes part of school culture and influences change, educators, and more importantly, administrators need to look at the value of failure. Education will continue its 20th century model if failures are still covered by the test scores. Failure is the novelty of educating the classroom in the dark. There is no need to do this. Now we need to keep pushing the boundaries of education to help children today. We need to keep fighting this fight

Our culture respects victory and avoids failure. Engineers and scientists understand the value of failure, but it is not well accepted in the market. Too many companies regard themselves as "highest historical", "final", "only option", rather than merely presenting a commitment to achieving full identity. If they think that failure will happen - unsatisfactory customers, partners, and media are - they may think to have a brand that can adapt to failure without losing their face

Today, failure is a very precious experience. Scrolling Instagram or Facebook is difficult and there is no quote like quoting the value of failure. Because of the number of entrepreneurs and the number of failed companies it is more popular among entrepreneurs. It is now possible to admit defeat and some people use it as a badge of honor. I sincerely agree to learn much from mistakes, but is there any doubt as to whether people really got it from it? It would not be prudent to assume that the captain had set the route at the beginning of the journey and then lowered his head and the boat was headed in the right direction or that the route was completely set up from the beginning. The captain will not see the rock approaching, nor will he see the path of collision with other ships.
