The Value Of Conflict

The term "conflict of value conflicts" causes the concept of anger, friction, distrust, frustration, hostility. There are few people who think collision is a tool for deeper thinking, better results, and more dynamic communication. If not managed, a team conflict can impair the cohesive strength, but a team using a conflict resolution strategy can convert a collision into an asset. Managing conflicts can encourage exchanges of ideas, produce well thought out results, and encourage team members to think about them outside their own ideas and deepen their understanding.

In the last article, I talked about the conflict of five values. Conflict of consciousness, unconscious conflict, emphasis of results, avoidance of subconscious mind, and denial of subconscious. For clarity, we call this a type 1 to type 5 value conflict. These are actually superimposed on up to five layers. In other words, there is always conflict of consciousness under the unconscious conflict, and it will be displayed when the layer is deleted. You need to strip 5 layers at a time.
