In the past few decades, the use of technical education for children with special needs has been widely developed. People with special needs are distinctive and they all have different fields to help. Advances in assistive technology, computer programs, software, and other technical tools have made it easier to find educational methods that are more useful and more accessible to people. For this reason, "Technology changed the way people live, work, and learn" (Winzer, 98)

Individuals with conditions that may require additional assistance, assistance or skills are generally considered to have special needs. The term "special needs" usually means the need to support, support, co-ordinate, modify, or adapt a person to provide accessibility, equal experience, activity, architecture, information, participation, participation . There are no obstacles or injuries. Accessibility and comprehensiveness refers to the rights of all people who participate in activities such as daily life, education, transportation, employment, travel, public places, residences, whether or not they have disabilities.
