In this article, I will explain how to use ICT effectively to promote education, how to use ICT in education and learning process, education quality and accessibility, and motivation of learning. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between integrated education of ICT and teacher's perception of ICT usage and improved education. The purpose of this research was to grasp the frequency of ICT integration mainly at university and to estimate the perception that teachers are using ICT for educational purposes.
